Account Executive

• Execute sales strategies, manage account relationships, and grow wholesale business in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the run and outdoor specialty channels
• Maintain current account relationships, secure seasonal and at-once orders and develop new accounts
• Adhere to strategic distribution guidelines set by Altra sales management
• Order procurement through face to face and virtual processes using provided technologies and assets
• Manage wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue while adhering to distribution guidelines
• Enhance and build account relationships, seasonal Go to Market and growth strategies and wholesale activation strategies
• Work with Field Service Representative on annual education programs, local activation calendars & seasonal sales plans for each account
• Utilize consumer, market share and POS data insights to sustain and grow retail business and proactively address issues and opportunities
• Report directly to the Sales Manager, West
