Marketing Operations

• The Product & Packaging Specialist plays a key role in supporting product and packaging execution efforts
• Providing top tier DME budget management support
• Works in multiple systems (SAP, Accolade, WebCenter, Impact Analysis)
• Partners with internal commercial teams and cross-functional partners to execute item level setup on new product and packaging projects
• Oversees all DME spending activity for assigned teams
• Works directly with Budget Owners, Finance, and the Controller's team to correctly plan, spend, and accrue money according to company policy

• Merchandising Achieve all merchandising objectives executing customer specific promotional plans to the sales floor using forward selling. Partnership at store level is critical for TSL’s to effectively build, maintain and execute product on the sales floor, in addition to merchandising and maintaining permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles.
• Administrative Responsibilities Complete and submit reports of daily and weekly activities, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions and all administrative functions within assigned territory using company approved methods and technology.

Software Engineer

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing solutions to increase throughput
• Assist in the design, scope, cost estimates, installation, and commissioning of new food processing and packaging equipment
• Support the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program and assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical failures
