About the role
- Oversee and execute the entire recruitment cycle: from posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial and in-depth interviews, to presenting offers and following up after hiring.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, turnover in the first 90 days, sources of success, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Train and advise line managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws, internal company policies, and audit standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience leading operational and technical mass recruitment processes in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Previous experience leading work teams.
- English: intermediate.
- Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
