Social Media Manager

• Respond to consumers who contact us via social media within our two-hour SLA window.
• Apply existing categorizations to inbound messages from consumers within our social media monitoring platform Sprinklr.
• Enter relevant consumer data obtained via social media into our case management system Astute.
• Resolve consumer issues according to existing Consumer Relations procedures.
• Add and/or edit information in Sprinklr as needed to keep the system up-to-date.
• Work with brand leaders to pull relevant data within the requested parameters across platforms in a timely manner.

Manager, Enterprise Transformation

Analyst

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track media effectiveness, ROAS, conversion, and shopper engagement across key retail partners.
• Assist in collecting and synthesizing data from RMNs (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Kroger, Instacart, etc.), sales portals, and syndicated sources (Circana, NielsenIQ).
• Contribute to campaign wrap-ups by compiling performance metrics, retailer feedback, and shopper response.
• Work closely with Commerce Media, Sales, and Shopper Marketing teams to align on reporting requirements and campaign objectives.
• Translate data into clear summaries and highlight key insights and implications for internal stakeholders.

• Provide direction and monitor retail activities through field work time and review of handheld technology reports.

• Manage the company’s U.S. international tax compliance, financial reporting, and planning activities for foreign operations.
• Develop direct partnerships with relevant key business stakeholders, including financial planning & analysis team, legal team, international business team, and controller group.
• Manage and make recommendations for outsourced workstreams and third-party relationships, including external auditors and tax advisors.
• Manage the U.S. international tax process, including the computation, modeling, and reporting of GILTI (NCTI), Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, BEAT, and related E&P calculations.
• Analyze interactions between Pillar Two, U.S. international tax (GILTI, FTCs), and financial reporting outcomes.

Outside Sales

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all “authorized” Hershey Items in assigned territory.
• Ensuring flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailers.
