• Executes digital and automation solutions across Hershey’s manufacturing sites

Program Manager

• Leads end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, AI‑enabled commercial technology programs on the Salesforce platform, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution while delivering measurable business value and building internal capabilities for long‑term independence.
• Lead integrated program delivery across business, IS, data, platform, and external partner workstreams using Agile and SAFe methodologies, owning the critical path, RAID, and phase‑gate milestones from build through scaled deployment
• Drive governance and executive communication, preparing and presenting steering committee updates, risk escalations, and value readouts to VP and C‑suite stakeholders
• Manage external consulting partners, including SOW adherence, milestone‑based invoicing, at‑risk fee governance, and change order management in partnership with Procurement
• Own the integrated resource plan across Hershey FTEs, GCC teams, and external partners, including capacity planning, onboarding, and pod allocation
