Key responsibilities & impact

The Manager of Human Rights is responsible for developing and implementing human rights strategies
Leads enterprise-wide human rights due diligence and engages with external stakeholders
Manages compliance with relevant regulations and provides expert advisory services to leadership
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to address human rights-related risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in human rights, responsible sourcing, ESG, or sustainability
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree strongly preferred in a relevant field
Proven experience with human rights rater & ranker processes
Strong knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)
Solid understanding of complex, multi-tier global supply chains
Experience with living wage/living income frameworks and financial resilience initiatives
