About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range brand strategies that drive sustainable growth, household penetration, and market share gains.
- Serve as the brand and category expert, leveraging consumer, shopper, competitive, and retail insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic choices.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Sales teams to translate brand strategy into customer-facing growth levers, activation plans, and distribution priorities.
- Influence business performance through stewardship of marketing investments and collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive sales and share growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams from insight generation through innovation, commercialization, and in-market execution.
- Develop and inspire high-performing talent by creating an environment of collaboration, capability building, and accountability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of progressive experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success building consumer brands, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business results.
- Experience within better-for-you, salty snack, or permissible kids snacking categories is preferred.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership capabilities.
