About the role
- Responsible for supporting the execution of indirect channel plans by coordinating day-to-day activities with distributors.
- Support the execution of indirect channel plans by working closely with distributor sales teams to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
- Drive in-market execution excellence by ensuring compliance with pricing, promotions, assortment and visibility standards.
- Track and report performance metrics including sales, distribution, execution KPIs and market behaviors.
- Identify execution gaps and opportunities in the market and escalate recommendations to the cross-functional teams.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with distributor sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales execution, field sales, or commercial support roles.
- Experience interacting with distributors, traditional trade. CPG/FMCG preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
