Account Manager

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
• Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
• Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
• Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.
• Acts as a coach and mentor to the field sales consultants to ensure high-quality representation of the TSI brand.
• Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met and that TSI’s customer-specific programs, guidelines, and policies are communicated and followed.
• Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
• Keeps management updated about the customers’ strategic plans and goal progression.

Senior Key Account Manager

Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric Data Factory to ingest data from databases, files, APIs, and SaaS
• Build and optimize curated data layers in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse) and Snowflake following modern patterns (e.g., Bronze/Silver/Gold)
• Write, tune, and troubleshoot advanced SQL for transformations, validations, and analytics workloads
• Design and maintain dimensional data models (facts/dimensions) to support BI and self‑service analytics (Power BI or similar)
• Monitor and improve data quality, reliability, and performance, including incremental loads and cost optimization
• Apply security and governance best practices (RBAC, controlled data access, basic lineage/metadata documentation)
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, using DevOps, Git and work‑tracking tools to deliver well‑documented, production‑ready solutions

IT Data Developer

Account Executive

• Build and maintain relationships that drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers.
• Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate and sell product to consumers.
• Maintain responsibility for growing account revenue for assigned accounts.
• Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement, etc.
• Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations with sales personnel.
• Track the effectiveness of trainings and makes suggestions for improvements.
• Identify opportunities for territory growth through new potential accounts.

Field Sales Consultant

• Serves as liaison between cross-functional support for regional sales, with marketing, training, operations, and finance.
• Supports Regional Sales Director and National Account Managers to drive share, planning, marketing programs and other sales initiatives.
• Supports National Account Managers (NAMs) in the creation of product line recommendations, rollout strategies, and competitive intelligence for the Team.
• Develops marketing plans and products to support North Key Account opportunities with the guidance of the RSD.
• Analyzes retail advertising within the Account's major trading areas and develops conclusions/recommendations for the RSD.
• Helps Account Managers analyze CO-OP spend and tracking through third-party providers (Numerator).
• Participates in account support for large rollouts/growth expansion.
• Attends/participates in internal Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Assists in the development of regional rollout meetings, major dealer presentations and annual budget planning.

Key Account Manager

• To manage and build strong working relationships with retail and specialist customers.
• Implement sales and marketing initiatives which develop new and existing business.
• Act as an escalation point for our retail customers in the event of any issues, responding promptly and accurately and keeping them in the loop at all times.
• Promote stock and marketing offers to maximise sales growth.
• Maintain accurate stock records, including stock information which is used to generate re-stocking orders with retailers.
• Train and motivate retailer sales staff.
• Identify and promote opportunities to increase sales.
• Increase turnover and profitability.
