Senior Territory Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
- Be responsible for sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
- Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
- Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans.
- Coordinate with customers and TSI field sales associates to implement training programs.
- Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.
- Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 4 years of experience in sales is required.
