About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day fleet operations
- Support systems and initiatives to minimize inbound and outbound freight cost
- Support initiatives to ensure that equipment and driver performance standards meet company specifications
- Use logistics software for daily management including reconciliation of reports
- Support, measurement, and report daily/weekly/monthly KPI performance results
- Accountable for interaction with the customer regarding outbound delivery status
- Assist with Logistics data collection and policy deployment
- Reconcile delivery/backhaul documents and enter data into the tracker
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or logistics management
- Experience with and understanding of FMCSA regulations
