• This is a critical opportunity for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and significantly impact Stepful's ability to scale our Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
• You'll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent, directly contributing to the development of our innovative educational platform and the expansion of our reach.
• Manage and own the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse set of technical roles across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design, collaborating closely with the Technical Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to meet ambitious headcount goals.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging proactive outreach, automation, AI tools, and creative techniques to build robust pipelines of high-quality, diverse candidates.
• Ensure an exceptional and equitable candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with technical leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
• Collaborate to design and implement structured and inclusive interview processes that ensure fair evaluation and a positive experience for all candidates.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and initiatives aimed at continuously improving our technical hiring practices, employer brand, and diversity efforts.
• Utilize and optimize existing recruiting systems, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows, refine tools, and scale our technical hiring infrastructure.

• Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) from start to finish
• Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring

Senior Product Manager

• Stepful is reimagining allied healthcare training by offering affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs.
• Operate in a founding People Operations role reporting to the VP of People; own People Ops programs end-to-end.
• Set strategy, design programs, run launches, enable managers, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly.
• Ship cadences, playbooks, templates, and KPIs for onboarding, performance, engagement, and manager enablement.
• Own HRIS, performance/engagement platforms, and LMS; design and maintain integrations and automated employee lifecycle flows.

• The opportunity: As our Associate Director of Student Lifecycle Marketing, you will define and lead the strategy for how we engage and support Stepful students from enrollment through certification and job placement. You’ll oversee all communication touchpoints across email, SMS, and in-product messaging, and build systems that keep instructors, coaches, and support teams aligned around a consistent, high-quality student experience.
• You will own the vision and roadmap for lifecycle communication, making sure every message—from onboarding to externship to job preparation—is timely, impactful, and personalized. Working closely with Growth, Product, Learning, and Career Services, you’ll translate insights into cross-functional strategies that improve student engagement, retention, and outcomes.
