About the role
- Craft delightful, data-driven product experiences to ensure student success from signup to graduation and employment
- Grow proprietary learning platform, improve coach/instructor efficiency, or build 0 to 1 products
- Lead strategy to prioritize coach and instructor time for varied student populations
- Strategize AI use for personalization and speed
- Deeply understand students, instructors, and coaches and represent them
- Work closely with design, engineering, data, ops and cross-functional partners to ship quickly
- Communicate product roadmap, vision, priorities, and tradeoffs
Requirements
- 5+ years of consumer facing product management experience
- Highly analytical (proficient in SQL & data visualizations)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across teams
- Hands-on, able to roll up sleeves
- Bias to action and decision-making among competing priorities
