- About Stepful: Reimagining allied healthcare training with affordable, online, instructor-led, AI-supported programs to help learners launch healthcare careers
- Partners with healthcare institutions to build talent pipelines; graduates work at employers like CVS, NY-Presbyterian, and Walgreens
- Role: Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube) to drive student acquisition and brand awareness
- Own performance-driven social campaigns from ideation to execution; collaborate with creative and content teams to develop ad creatives
- Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns toward CAC goals, daily performance monitoring, conducting A/B tests, analyzing performance data, and staying up to date on platform best practices
- Hybrid role based out of NYC office, reporting to Senior Growth Manager
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup with campaign budgets over $1M per month
- Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets
- Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok, Meta & YouTube
- Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences
- Highly analytical with strong communication skills
- Bonus points if you have previous startup experience, especially within B2C EdTech/Healthcare
- Bonus points if you have basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
