Performance Marketing

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and others to drive student acquisition and brand awareness
• Own performance-driven social campaigns from ideation to execution
• Build & manage paid campaigns from start to finish
• Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static)
• Conduct A/B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy
• Hybrid role based out of NYC office reporting to Senior Growth Manager
