About the role
- Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) from start to finish
- Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static)
- Conduct A/B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy
- Own performance-driven social campaigns from ideation to execution; report to Senior Growth Manager (hybrid NYC office)
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup with campaign budgets over $1M per month
- Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets
- Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok, Meta & YouTube
- Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly
- Highly analytical with strong communication skills
- Bonus: Previous startup experience in B2C EdTech/Healthcare
- Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
