• Definir e evoluir a visão e o roadmap do produto BPM;

• Structure and lead Go‑to‑Market plans for new products, features or markets.
• Act as the strategic reference point between Product, Sales, ABM, Growth, Content and Events, ensuring alignment and clear direction.
• Perform continuous competitive analysis and propose differentiation strategies.
• Develop playbooks, sales enablement materials and training for commercial teams and partners.
• Monitor market results (pipeline, adoption, perceived value) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead strategic agendas within the Squad or Business Unit under your responsibility.
