About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support communication operations for global events and Academy initiatives
- Assist in creating and updating landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and communication materials
- Support relationship management and follow-up with strategic partners and co-marketing activities
- Track schedules, activities, and deliverables for the team, ensuring deadlines are met
- Support updating marketing reports and key performance indicators
- Organize administrative routines related to the team's operations
- Monitor requests with internal teams and global stakeholders
- Perform follow-ups and ensure activity statuses are kept up to date
- Support initiatives related to in-person and remote events, campaigns, and engagement activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the team's operational organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in administrative tasks, marketing, communications, or related areas
- Organized profile with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and discipline in task execution
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and track requests
- Proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning
- Basic English for reading and understanding requests
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and tools for organizing and tracking activities
- Differentials
- Previous experience with HubSpot
- Experience creating and updating landing pages
- Experience executing and monitoring email marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of Canva
- Experience in technology companies or the B2B market
- Experience providing operational support for events, campaigns, or training programs
