About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver implementations according to the client's needs through the use of our solution;
Guide the client's initial steps to ensure successful use of SE Suite;
Remove potential barriers to facilitate system implementation;
Institutionalize the solution's use to maximize software value;
Apply market best practices within the client's specific context;
Understand business rules to ensure efficient configuration of SE Suite.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Technology-related fields;
Experience with software and/or ERP implementations;
Knowledge of databases (SQL, stored procedures, views, etc.);
Understanding of web programming logic (HTML5, CSS3, PHP);
Experience with web service integrations (SOAP, UI, REST);
Knowledge of process mapping and automation (BPM).
You will stand out if you have:
Advanced/Fluent English and/or Spanish;
Extension courses in project management or similar disciplines;
Knowledge of SoftExpert products (SE Suite) or competing solutions;
Knowledge of Quality Management.
