About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the "On Demand" team and work directly on mapping, modeling, and automating business processes.
- You will be responsible for the technical implementation of BPM business process automations, always ensuring efficiency and delivery quality.
- In your day-to-day work, your high level of autonomy and analytical mindset, initiative in problem solving, sense of urgency, customer focus, and collaborative approach will make all the difference for your growth and success!
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Joinville, SC is preferred.
- Knowledge of process automation tools.
- Knowledge and experience with BPM solutions (e.g., SoftExpert, Bizagi, Bonita, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems or low-code platforms.
- Additional languages are a plus, especially English and Spanish.
