• The Operations Implementation and Special Projects Strategist is a collaborative, forward-thinking role at Revelation Pharma, LLC focused on driving meaningful progress across the network through disciplined project execution and workflow design.
• Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position serves as the engine behind operational change — translating corporate priorities into structured projects, optimizing how workflows across teams, and ensuring that new initiatives land with lasting impact.
• Responsible for ownership and execution of special projects that cross departmental lines, requiring structured management, and are directly tied to Revelation Pharma’s strategic direction.
• Partner with the VP of Operations to evaluate incoming initiatives and determine scope, ownership, resource requirements, and timeline before work begins.
• Develop implementation plans that give all stakeholders a shared understanding of goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams by convening the right people, maintaining accountability for action items, and keeping momentum across multiple departments simultaneously.
• Build go-live checklists, training plans, and change management protocols into every major initiative.

Operations Implementation and Special Projects

Customer Success Manager

• Onboarding and supporting new doctors: Communicate the value of our compounded medications and services to support new account growth
• Follow up with newly onboarded veterinarians and veterinary hospitals after their first order, in partnership with the outside sales representative
• Assist with account setup and onboarding for customers unfamiliar with pharmacy processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact following initial ordering
• Coordinate in-person meetings with outside field representatives when additional support is needed
• Identify additional product and service opportunities within the Revelation network, including commercial products, supplements, and 503B offerings
• Current Account Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing veterinarians and veterinary hospitals through consistent communication and ongoing support
• Partner with field sales representatives to provide tailored solutions that support customer retention and account growth
• Clearly communicate the value of our 503A compounding pharmacy services while addressing provider needs and concerns
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prescriber questions and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Identify opportunities to expand products and services within existing accounts, including additional offerings across the Revelation network
• Provide educational resources and training to prescribers and staff, including clinical materials, regulatory updates, and prescription support tools
• Collaboration with Field Sales Support field representatives through provider communication, account insights, and sharing relevant customer updates
• Introduce and coordinate onsite meetings between providers and field sales representatives when appropriate
• Provide account activity updates, growth opportunities, and customer history to support sales efforts
• Market & Product Expertise Maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas, compounding services, and industry trends to effectively support providers
• Share customer feedback and market insights with sales and marketing leadership to support business strategies and product positioning
• Optional: Participate in industry conferences, meetings, and networking events as needed
• Reporting & Performance Tracking Document customer interactions, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems
• Monitor key performance metrics including account growth, retention, and activity levels
• Support strategic initiatives to grow and diversify the customer network in collaboration with field sales leadership

Customer Success Manager, Animal Health

Machine Learning Engineer

• Own the intelligence layer that makes Evergreen's agents clinically meaningful
• Build the evaluation and validation framework for all agent-driven clinical recommendations
• Develop patient risk stratification models for adherence prediction
• Implement and manage the predictive analytics pipeline on AWS
• Design and build the RAG architecture
• Own model lifecycle management
• Build explainability layers for clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with the clinical team to translate clinical protocols and pharmacy domain knowledge into model features
• Establish model monitoring and alerting

Full-stack Engineer

• Build and maintain bidirectional data flows between a programmable EMR’s FHIR R4 API and a cloud-hosted FHIR data store
• Develop server-side EMR plugins in Python (Django ORM data layer) for clinical workflow automation
• Configure provider-facing workflows for multiple clinical lines of business
• Develop lambda functions for data movement
• Own the EMR-to-FHIR data contract: ensure resource mappings are correct

Senior Backend – Infrastructure Engineer

QA Engineer

• Responsible for supporting all daily quality operations at Revelation
• Maintain quality standards and procedures for quality systems, products, and services
• Collaborate with management and staff to implement any regulatory changes effectively
• Ensure QA/QC tasks are properly documented and maintained throughout pharmacy records for production, product testing and release validation
• Participate in investigating deviations, failures, or errors and collaborate with management to identify root causes and implement developed corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as needed
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
• Work with third-party laboratories to submit samples according to the established quality test(s) and criteria and follow up on outstanding results
• Participate and support pharmacies with internal and external audits
• Serve as an assigned trainer to provide training and guidance to pharmacy personnel on quality-related procedures and tasks
• Assist management with recalls of medications when applicable
• Assist pharmacies with board of pharmacy, FDA, and accreditation inspections and responses.
