Vice President

• Driving sales at strategic named accounts and attaining quarterly and annual quotas.
• Develop sales strategy and plans for assigned account groups. Our Directors carry a $2M - $5M roll-up quota per Strategic AE.
• Exhibiting ethical and effective leadership. You are not only strategic but a great mentor and coach.
• Building, growing, and maintaining a high-performance team of Strategic Account Executives. Our AVPs know how to select the best talent and set them up for success.
• Build a prospecting strategy for new sales opportunities; build short-term and long-term plans to support an adequate forecast and achieve quota. Our Directors will be responsible for driving 30% net new logo business wins and 70% expansion of accounts to hit quota.
• Engage and provide sales consulting to Executives and senior business leaders to influence investment in the Rescale technology. While you will have a 2:1 resource ratio to our pre-sales engineers, we deeply educate our Sales teams so that they can have technical conversations with all customer points of contact.
• Build strong and effective relationships with key Partners and internal Rescale teams. Coordinate activities with other organizations within the company and key Partners required to execute the sales strategy. Entrepreneurial self-starters flourish here.

Regional Vice President – Major Accounts

Account Executive

• Prospecting and driving sales at named strategic accounts and attaining quarterly and annual quotas.
• Engage and provide sales consulting to Executives and senior business leaders to influence investment in the Rescale technology.
• Develop and coordinate Target Account Plans for strategic accounts.
• Coordinate activities with other organizations within the company required to execute Account Plans, Project Plans, Executive alignment documents, and more.
• Qualify and close new name business within strategic accounts from marketing leads.
• Provide sales support to existing customers as needed, while new incremental business.
• Provide accurate forecasts on a regular basis.

Solutions Engineer

• Partner with account teams to engage strategic customers and uncover workflows and technical needs across simulation, data, and AI
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics to enable next-generation engineering workflows
• Set strategic vision by aligning Data Intelligence and AI Physics capabilities with customer priorities in simulation, AI, and digital engineering
• Build trusted relationships with technical leaders and stakeholders to influence adoption strategies and long-term technology roadmaps
• Capture and document customer requirements, workflow gaps, and adoption blockers
• Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering to guide roadmap prioritization and evolution of agentic engineering capabilities
• Collaborate on iterative testing cycles to validate new features and capabilities before GA release
• Develop technical collateral including solution briefs, integration guides, and best practices for AI Physics and agentic engineering workflows
• Support internal enablement by contributing to training materials and field readiness resources for Data & AI
• Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption and drive measurable impact of Data Intelligence and AI Physics solutions
• Operate as a strategic overlay on top of Rescale’s core team, providing Data & AI guidance to elevate customer engagements and ensure successful adoption

• Own end-to-end delivery of essential, core functionality for Rescale customers as well as rapidly iterating on new product ideas.
• Work with your teammates to build and maintain high quality automation for building, testing, and maintaining our software catalog.
• Develop and maintain critical areas of the product including seamless multi-cloud compute environments, job routing, and performance analytics.
• Deliver deep technological solutions and support related to some of Rescale’s most powerful features.
• Publish, manage and optimize complex HPC software for our most demanding customers.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices associated with HPC services and support.
• Identify opportunities for increased productivity through automation and tools and implement these solutions.
• Design and improve processes to drive customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding commitments to customers and improving quality of deliverables.
• Solve complex and high level problems related to the software customers are running on Rescale, requiring a high level of knowledge of the software, an in-depth knowledge of the environment the software runs in, and development of recommendation systems.
