Business Development Rep

• You will learn the HPC market to better connect with customers during sale interactions. Learning a complex technology and customer persona will be challenging, but will set you up for success wherever you go next in your career, because if you can master a hyper technical product like Rescale, you can sell anything.
• You will have a firm ability to communicate the HPC market. Learning to communicate complex ideas in a simplistic, easy to understand way will be a lifelong tool in your toolbelt and greatly assist you in the future.
• You will consistently hit quota on a quarterly basis (based on meetings held/qualified opportunities). Your quota attainment of meetings will supply a pipeline of introductions to our Account Executives and will lead to our AE team closing deals and ultimately Rescale hitting our annual revenue goal.
• You will be proficient in demonstrating Rescale’s platform and services to a customer.
• You will be consistently at 90+% quota and maintain a wallet pipeline of $900,000 in nine months. Quota attainment like this, when scaled out with the rest of the BDR team, is instrumental to our company being successful.

• Lead co-sell activities with CSP field sales teams
• Operationalize Global GTM strategies at the field level
• Attain quarterly and annual targets for partner-referred pipeline
• Educate CSP partner teams on Rescale’s value proposition
• Act as the bridge between Rescale’s Field Sales team and CSP partner teams
• Maintain rigorous discipline around pipeline tracking, deal registration, and forecast accuracy

Application Engineer

• Build and ship agent-driven automation across engineering and CAE workflows
• Design and implement agents that interact with engineering tools, simulation data, and workflows
• Encode engineering workflows as structured, agent-executable steps with clear inputs, outputs, and guardrails
• Integrate agents into end-to-end pipelines as reusable capabilities rather than one-off scripts
• Harden early agent use cases into deterministic, production-ready systems
• Debug and resolve issues across agent logic, tool execution, data handling, and orchestration
• Work directly with customer engineers to understand real workflows and technical constraints
• Close gaps between real workflows and platform capabilities, feeding concrete learnings back into product direction
• Operate as a builder first, with the ability to be forward-deployed on critical engagements when needed

Applications Engineer, Agentic Workflows

Engineer

• Become an expert in the Rescale platform and its application to customer workflows.
• Deliver deep technological solutions and support related to some of Rescale’s most powerful features.
• Publish, manage and optimize complex HPC software for our most demanding customers.
• Develop and implement processes and best practices associated with HPC services and support.
• Advocate customer needs internally and working collaboratively with the sales, product and engineering teams to achieve customer success goals and contribute to overall company objectives.
• Actively work with the customer support team to ensure customer value realization is improved through every interaction to drive increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for increased productivity through automation and tools and implement these solutions.
• Design and improve processes to drive customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding commitments to customers and improving quality of deliverables.
• Provide technical support to our customers, independent software vendors and strategic partners.
• Solve various problems related to the software customers are running on Rescale, requiring a high level of knowledge of the software and an in-depth knowledge of the environment the software runs in.
• Maintain the software available on Rescale, including installing and benchmarking the software, and optimizing the software’s performance for the environment it runs in.

Engineering Manager

• Developing technical excellence and leadership among the members of a high-performing engineering team.
• Fostering effective use of AI-assisted software development across your team — from code agents and AI-augmented code review to automated operational tooling — and contribute to org-wide standards for how we integrate AI into the SDLC.
• Scaling and extending Rescale's core job orchestration engine, leveraging VM and Kubernetes-based compute for large scale engineering simulations, across multiple public cloud providers.
• Maintaining high operational expectations on core product — driving incident response, SLO discipline, and reduction of toil and incident load.
• Driving alignment across EPD (Engineering, Product and Design) and with customer-facing teams (Support, Solutions, Sales) on product delivery and technical architecture.
