• Proactively collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities, capture client requirements, and develop compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs) that accurately scope project effort.
• Act as a technical evangelist in customer meetings, delivering engaging presentations and live demonstrations of Google's Digital Workplace solutions, with a particular focus on demonstrating the value of Gemini.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs, clearly articulating Qodea’s differentiators and technical value proposition.

Digital Workplace Consultant

Manager

• Lead and manage complex, end-to-end Change Management projects (e.g., large enterprise cloud migrations or specialised AI/Data rollouts). Act as the primary, trusted change advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Own the overarching learning and enablement strategy for complex projects. Conduct advanced Training Needs Analyses and partner with the internal Beyond's Training team to direct required learning interventions and outcomes.
• Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts. Scope change and training requirements for new opportunities, contribute heavily to the drafting of Statements of Work, and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Pioneer and design adoption strategies for emerging technologies. Identify ways to automate workflows (internal or client-facing) to increase delivery efficiency.

Senior Change Manager

• Build and own a centralised bid content repository from the ground up, working across Commercial, Delivery, and Engineering to source, consolidate, and quality-assure collateral from across the business.
• Own all bid templates, boilerplates, CV profiles, and case-study formats — ensuring they are current, consistent, and fit for purpose — and deliver enablement and training so contributors across the business can use them effectively.
• Take ownership of bid governance across the full bid cycle, including kick-off, gate reviews, final compliance checks, and post-submission retrospectives, ensuring every submission meets Beyond's quality and process standards.

DevOps Engineer

• Lead cloud architecture and delivery. Own the design of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective cloud platforms on Google Cloud and adjacent technologies. Define target-state architectures, make and defend trade-offs, and turn ambiguous business requirements into clear technical direction.
• Build and operate at scale. Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager, automate the deployment and management of cloud environments, and bake in fault tolerance, redundancy, and disaster recovery from day one. Optimise cost through usage analysis, rightsizing, and committed-use planning.
