About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Senior Trainer, architect learning experiences that solve specific, complex business problems for enterprise clients.
  • Design, build, and deliver complex, bespoke training materials and learning pathways.
  • Run Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) and scope requirements independently.
  • Understand project Statements of Work (SoWs) and contribute to pre-sales pitches.
  • Act as quality assurance lead for freelance trainers and peer-review their delivery.
  • Take a leading role in designing premium sessions for recurring revenue training products.
  • Mentor Core trainers and champion continuous improvement in facilitation techniques.
  • Deliver high-value, bespoke workflow training and specialize in advanced Gemini Enterprise, AppSheet, and Apps Script automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience delivering technical or bespoke training programmes to enterprise audiences.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience scoping training requirements and contributing to Statements of Work.
  • Excellent curriculum design skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into engaging, business-focused learning.
  • Advanced Google Workspace knowledge and proven experience delivering AI/Gemini or low-code automation training.
