About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage complex, end-to-end Change Management projects (e.g., large enterprise cloud migrations or specialised AI/Data rollouts). Act as the primary, trusted change advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Own the overarching learning and enablement strategy for complex projects. Conduct advanced Training Needs Analyses and partner with the internal Beyond's Training team to direct required learning interventions and outcomes.
- Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts. Scope change and training requirements for new opportunities, contribute heavily to the drafting of Statements of Work, and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Pioneer and design adoption strategies for emerging technologies. Identify ways to automate workflows (internal or client-facing) to increase delivery efficiency.
- Mentor, guide, and peer-review the work of Core and Junior team members, taking an active role in elevating the overall craft and capability of the Change Management practice.
- Apply and adapt structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) to fit highly complex client contexts and drive measurable ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading end-to-end change management workstreams on complex technology, digital, or cloud transformation programmes.
- Solid commercial awareness, with demonstrated experience contributing to pre-sales pitches, proposals, Statements of Work, and identifying account growth opportunities.
- Experience owning strategic enablement, including conducting complex Training Needs Analyses and directing training delivery resources.
- Strong command of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) with the ability to tailor approaches to specific client cultures and technology stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop less experienced change management colleagues.
- Excellent analytical skills, with an approach focused on tracking change adoption data and optimising programme performance.
