Executive Assistant

• Manage complex calendars for both Executives, coordinating across US and European time zones
• Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation and visas
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefings

Customer Success Manager

• Establish, cultivate, and manage the plan-client relationship at multiple levels, serving as a healthcare consultant and trusted business advisor
• Build relationships with key plan-client stakeholders (e.g. fund administrators, trustees etc.), consultants, and brokers, recognizing the value each brings to plan
• Prepare, host and follow-up on quarterly business reviews and an annual planning session with the Board of Trustees
• Create and execute on the strategic retention and growth plan for each assigned group
• Must be able to seamlessly articulate Progyny’s value to professionals, executives, strategic partners at both plan and channel partners; understand and articulate a data-driven financial model to support renewals, refine our quarterly and annual reports to best meet client needs
• Help resolve member abrasions that are escalated; work closely with other senior leaders to identify the root of the escalation and the best path to resolve

Director, Client Success – Labor Market

• Act as the primary point of contact for employer clients, managing relationships throughout the full client lifecycle.
• Own client retention and overall account health to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership success.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth and effective launch of Progyny’s benefits programs.
• Provide ongoing training, education, and proactive communication to support client understanding and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Benefits, and People teams within client organizations.
• Track client engagement, utilization, and satisfaction to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Advise clients on how to maximize the value and impact of Progyny’s family-building benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, account growth, and long-term partnership development.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to share client insights that inform product improvements and messaging.
• Deliver regular business reviews, program insights, and utilization reports to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and maintain a high level of service.
• Stay informed on trends in employee benefits, fertility care, and global family-building solutions.
• Develop and execute account success plans aligned with client goals and workforce needs.

Global Client Success Manager

Operations

• Oversee and manage key PBM/pharmacy programs, providing operational leadership at both tactical and strategic levels
• Develop, support, and execute end-to-end lifecycle of PBM/pharmacy-related operational projects and deliverables
• Serve as the primary contact for PBM/pharmacy trading partners
• Implement and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of new programs and services

Sales Development Representative

• Deliver day-to-day IT support across tools, devices, and user access.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, device upkeep, and rapid issue resolution for on-site and remote staff.
• Collaborate closely with security and infrastructure teams to provide dependable service while keeping systems secure, stable, and scalable as the organization grows.
• Assist in administering Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (user management, groups, access).
• Support macOS device management using Jamf Pro and assist with policy enforcement.
• Assist with MDM administration using Microsoft Intune.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access cleanup.
• Maintain and update internal IT documentation and end-user guides.
• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for on-site and remote employees via a ticketing system, Slack, email, and in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS and Windows environments (macOS primary).
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, printers, mobile devices, conference-room equipment, and peripherals.
• Image, provision, and prepare devices for new hires and replacements.
• Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and resolved with a high level of customer service.
• Serve as an escalation point for more complex desktop and device-related issues.
