About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities, define goals, and shape product direction.
  • Conduct user research activities, including customer interviews, expert interviews, and usability testing.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and product recommendations.
  • Create UX concepts including information architecture, user journeys, screen flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Continuously improve and evolve the visual language and overall user experience of our products.
  • Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, retrospectives, and co-creation activities with stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to a user-centered product culture through research, experimentation, and iterative design practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role within a startup, scale-up, or agency environment.
  • Experience across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and research through to launch.
  • Strong UX expertise, including workshops, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Experience conducting and evaluating qualitative user research, including interviews and usability testing.
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for usability, accessibility, and detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools such as Miro.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in fast-moving environments.
  • Nice to Have: Experience designing digital B2B and/or B2C products.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, wellbeing, or HR technology products.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience working in international and distributed teams.
