About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of Progyny’s global clinic partnership strategy.
Proactively identify, acquire, and cultivate strategic clinic partnerships to strengthen our member offering and expand our footprint in key markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic partners, building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clinic leadership.
Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
Monitor and analyze clinic performance, translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
Regularly report performance results and strategic insights to key internal stakeholders.
Ensure clinic partners consistently meet Progyny’s standards for clinical quality, compliance, and service delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate performance data.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
