• The Senior Talent Partner, Go-To-Market will own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-facing roles across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other GTM functions.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles (e.g., Strategic Account Executives, Sales Leadership, CS, Marketing, RevOps), from intake through offer acceptance.
• Run intake/kickoff meetings to clarify success profiles, compensation, interview panel design, and timelines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies (outbound, referrals, networks, tools) to attract top GTM talent in competitive markets.

• Maintain accurate, complete data in Greenhouse and use funnel metrics to diagnose bottlenecks, drive improvements, and report progress.
• Collaborate with Finance and People Operations on headcount planning, offers, approvals, and compensation alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, templates, and candidate messaging to support a scalable talent engine.

Senior Talent Partner, GTM

Customer Success Manager

• As the VP, Customer Success, you will set the vision and strategy for our global Customer Success function, scaling a team that drives adoption, retention, advocacy and growth across Pindrop’s customers.
• You’ll be accountable for customer health at scale, while serving as an executive sponsor for key customers, a senior escalation point and a key partner to Sales, Product and Marketing.
• Define and execute annual and multi-year vision and operating model for Customer Success at Pindrop that drives value realization for all customers.
• Understand what drives ARR retention as well as root causes of churn and compression. Drive mitigation strategies for customer-specific situations as well as patterns that impose on net dollar retention.
• Lead the execution of proactive measures that prevent risk.
• Build, develop and inspire high-performing, globally distributed teams including the Customer Success Managers (CSM), Fraud & Authentication Consulting Team (FACT) and Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Design and optimize processes, tools (e.g., Gainsight, Tableau, Glean, ChatGPT, etc.) and playbooks to scale customer impact and establish clear standards that promote service consistency.

VP, Customer Success

Marketing Operations

• Own, administer, and optimize our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and its integration with Salesforce CRM
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations across the marketing tech stack, including SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Google Analytics, and Smartsheet
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms
• Administer user permissions and support adherence to data privacy regulations
• Design and maintain lead scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows to optimize Sales handoff

Senior Software Engineer – Authentication

Solutions Engineer

• Act as a subject matter expert for Pindrop’s expanding portfolio of solutions.
• Generate new license revenue by engaging with the account’s technical team to drive toward a technical win.
• Advise organizations on improvements to their IVR, call center and fraud operational processes with the use of Pindrop technologies.
• Develop and deliver presentations to articulate technical concepts relevant to each specific account’s environment, such as solution scope, size, integration / API flows, and business case / ROI.
• Conduct product demonstration to customers and lead successful proof of value (POVs)
• Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to demonstrate market leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Success solution engineers to build Statements of Work (SOWs) and other technical documents.

Research Scientist

• Conduct research to develop new functionalities and improve existing technologies for real-time video processing.
• Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers in top computer vision, audio, and speech conferences.
• Collaborate with other research engineers and contribute to regular research reviews and code reviews.
• Design, implement, and evaluate algorithms related to video processing and meeting analytics.
• Help deploy research models and tools in partnership with engineering teams.

Research Scientist – Deepfake Video

Account Executive

• Demonstrate and sell Pindrop's latest Deepfake suite of solutions
• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
• Utilize challenger sales to drive risk if you don't protect your virtual meetings.
• Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process, which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process.

• Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will own the global talent acquisition strategy and execution for Pindrop, leading a lean but high-impact recruiting team spanning the U.S. and international markets.
• Build and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth, future skill needs, and our organizational values.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters supporting all business functions—Go-To-Market, Engineering, Research, and G&A.
• Partner closely with C-Suite and Finance team to build accurate headcount forecasts, align hiring plans to budget realities, and ensure the company stays ahead of talent needs through proactive workforce modeling.
• Design and optimize a modern, data-informed recruiting model, integrating AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
