• Own a portfolio of large SMB customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with influential users (Admins, Finance Directors, Travel Managers) within those accounts.
• Gain a deep understanding of your customers' business and show you understand and identify with their goals as an organization. You will consult them on consolidating their financial stack by leveraging Perk’s unified Travel and Spend capabilities, identifying opportunities to optimize their expense reconciliation and cost control.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Perk portfolio of products—including our core Travel platform and our new Spend management solution. You will use this knowledge to guide customers through the benefits of an all-in-one T&E solution.
• Actively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the Spend product within your existing book of business, driving adoption of corporate cards, automated invoice processing, and expense management features.
• Identify common problems within each account—whether related to bookings or expense workflows—and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner whilst also developing foolproof methods to ensure repeat issues are a thing of the past.

• When structuring our team we like to focus on the objectives to be achieved, not the “function”. Your objective as our Senior Events Specialist will be to get our teams together in a meaningful and impactful way.
• You will be part of the team who owns anything that has to do with company and team events: budget, process, planning, communications, execution, tracking data, feedback… An event for us is anything that gets our teams together: from a team lunch to a 2-day-long company offsite or a meeting between our colleagues in the Barcelona hub.
• Organising some of these will just require you to set up an easy process so that teams can book on their own, while some other events will require a very active involvement in planning and executing.
• We’re looking for someone who has a strong experience and skills to manage the current challenges, but who is also looking to grow, experiment and challenge our approach towards getting together.

Senior Events Specialist

• Work closely with the wider sales organisation at Perk to increase client awareness of our new MICE offering aiming to increase the volume of opportunities generated, especially with the Account Management teams;
• The Senior MICE Executive will be responsible to handle predominantly the largest projects and high-yielding opportunities concentrating primarily, but not limited to, in supporting Perks Enterprise and legacy accounts globally;

• Perform monthly reconciliations between the operational back-end systems and the accounting ERP (NetSuite) to ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue and COGS.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product, Strategic Finance) to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure that suppliers within assigned verticals are properly reconciled in NetSuite and that their aging reports are clean and accurate.
