• Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts—across the DACH region.

Enterprise Account Executive

Brand Designer

• Create diverse projects including web, decks, billboards, swag, events, and more while ensuring cohesive design across channels
• Develop and refine templates and guidelines for Optro’s visual identity, contributing to the strategic evolution of its aesthetic
• Collaborate with internal and external teams on creative, production, and brand marketing efforts like campaigns, events, and demand generation
• Maintain organization within working files, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient designing in Figma, present work to cross-functional partners, and participate in design reviews to refine ideas through feedback

Senior Brand Designer

Manager

• Provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, redlining and contract management.
• Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently and align with company policies.
• Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
• Responsible for drafting, modifying, and finalizing contracts including new, add-on, and upsell business for Cloud Subscription Services.

Solutions Engineer

• Ability to understand a complex client (ranging from Pre-IPO to Fortune 10) and their environment at a technical level in order to relate how Optro's platform can alleviate their challenges.
• Engage with C-level prospects to position Optro's strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to closure
• Participate in executive meetings and set forth plans to achieve sales growth, marketing objectives, sales headcount planning, etc.
• Present a compelling demonstration of the Optro suite of products to clients tailored based on the client’s environment, either through an online or onsite meeting.
• Mentor and cross-train internal resources and develop team members’ skills and expertise

Product Solutions Manager

• As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Optro products to both large publicly traded and private organizations.
• Execute full-cycle sales, including territory planning, pipeline generation, and progressing sales opportunities to close – we are in search of dynamic and ambitious sales achievers who can build a viable pipeline.
• Expanding business opportunities in existing + new customer accounts within your assigned territory – this role will have a split of cross-sell/up-sell and net new business acquisition.
• Strategize multi-pillar platform sales across multiple business units and economic buyers.
• Collaborate with CCOs, CAOs, CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, EVPs, and SVPs to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Identify prospective customers' pain points, educate them on Optro’s value, highlight our differentiators, effectively demo the product via video conference / onsite and guide prospects through the sales process with 25%-30% travel. including client and partner meetings as well as events and conferences.
• Co-create a solution and business case to enable stakeholders across the business to advocate for and adopt Optro into their organization.
• Work closely with SDRs/BDRs, Product Solutions, and Value Architects to achieve sales goals and partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to support and set customer expectations.

• Lead the development, execution, and expansion of Optro’s global compensation strategy and localized pay structures, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with international growth.
• Design and maintain scalable salary structures, pay bands, and total rewards frameworks that support a high-performance culture.
• Conduct ongoing global market benchmarking and compensation analyses utilizing industry surveys and external data to track market trends.
• Partner with People leaders, Finance, and executive leadership to align compensation structures and incentive plans with evolving business goals and financial models.
