Client Services Representative

• Campaign Preparation & Launch: Act as the final gatekeeper for campaign assets (e.g., tags and creatives), meticulously reviewing them to ensure they are complete and adhere to technical specifications before activation.
• Operational Execution: Support Campaign Managers by building and configuring both Managed and Programmatic campaigns directly within the Ogury One platform.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous Post-Launch Quality Assurance to verify campaign setup accuracy and flawless execution across all platforms.
• Proof of Performance & Reporting: Capture evidence of live campaign activation and create polished, client-facing PowerPoint decks demonstrating successful launch.
• Financial Closing: Own the final step in the campaign lifecycle by accurately completing monthly billing and reconciliation to ensure timely and correct invoicing.

Client Services Associate

Data Scientist

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 data scientists with regular 1:1s and performance assessments
• Drive project management and reporting: track KPIs, OKRs, milestones, and deadlines
• Act as the bridge between the team and top management, providing updates on progress, blockers, and outcomes
• Partner with Tech Leads to balance technical trade-offs with business deadlines and priorities
• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and address team challenges and concerns
• Support rationalization of team structures and headcount as the Data Science organization evolves
• Apply Agile methodologies and scale-up management practices to ensure efficient workflows
• Collaborate closely with Tech Lead; focus on team growth, project delivery, and stakeholder alignment

Data Science Manager

• Develop and optimize predictive models (e.g., click-through rate, video completion, auction outcomes, media planning forecasts, …).
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to modernize Ogury’s predictive stack with state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Train, test, and refine models using tabular and categorical data.
• Maintain model registry and promotion pipelines through MLFlow.
• Contribute to real-time algorithmic decisioning systems (campaign pacing, bid shading, throttling, etc.).
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders (AdOps, Product, Engineering) to ensure data science outputs are scalable and impactful.

• Lead expansion of Ogury’s CPG division and U.S. presence
• Drive awareness and adoption of Ogury’s mobile advertising solutions to agencies and advertisers
• Utilize mobile solutions to retain key accounts and develop high-value client relationships
• Strategize, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with top-tier agencies and advertisers
• Execute daily sales strategies with team to maximize revenue and performance
• Educate and empower team and clients on Ogury’s offerings; act as thought leader and build strategic partnerships
• Report to Senior Sales Director, CPG; hybrid role based in New York City requiring in-office presence at least 2 days/week
