About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Client Services team throughout the campaign lifecycle, including reporting, post-campaign analysis, presentation preparation, and campaign wrap-up activities.
- Assist with reviewing campaign performance data and flagging notable findings or inconsistencies to the team.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, including data collection, consolidation, quality checks, and formatting.
- Support the creation of post-campaign analysis materials and client presentations by preparing charts, tables, and performance summaries.
- Assist with data preparation and basic analysis for internal Insights and research projects using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, templates, documentation, and shared resources.
- Conduct guided research on market trends, competitor activity, and digital advertising topics.
- Support the wider Japan team with ad hoc projects and coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across different teams.
- Interest in digital advertising, media, marketing, data, or technology.
- Previous relevant coursework, university projects, or internship experience is helpful but not required.
