About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Expand on our nascent CTV business and build a differentiated CTV proposition to take us to the next level — translating customer needs and leveraging cutting-edge privacy-first audience intelligence into a commercially scalable proposition
  • Shape our product roadmap and GTM strategy for the fastest-growing segment in global digital media and work with our CRO and market leaders to establish clear revenue targets, suitable pilot campaigns, and measurable outcomes across our key markets
  • Represent Ogury at industry events and conferences (IAB NewFronts, Digiday CTV, Beet Retreat) and establish your voice as a thought leader in cross-screen video
  • Operate with full accountability for our CTV business and earn the right to build a team as commercial traction is established

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in digital advertising with at least 5 years in CTV, advanced TV, or video-specific roles — proven track record of building or scaling a CTV/video business at an ad-tech company, SSP, or DSP
  • Deep understanding of programmatic CTV supply landscape: OEM platforms, FAST channels, BVOD/SVOD dynamics, supply-path economics, managed-service vs. OpenRTB models, and pricing dynamics
  • Strong buy-side network with active senior relationships at holding company and independent agencies in at least two of the three pilot markets (France, Italy, US)
  • Experience defining GTM narratives, building sales enablement materials, and training commercial teams on technical or data-driven propositions; commercially fluent in setting revenue targets and managing pricing strategy
  • Track record of operating cross-functionally without direct authority — influencing Product, Operations, and Marketing teams through credibility, alignment, and market expertise
