Customer Support

• Assist with daily billing operations using Nevoya's internal TMS software and external customer portals
• Review and verify order and load data
• Retrieve, scan, and store supporting paperwork (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations) from physical copies, dispatching software, or customer portals
• Help generate invoices in the TMS, ensuring all supporting documentation is attached and accurate
• Upload invoices and supporting materials to customer portals or communicate directly with accounts payable contacts
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and finance reporting as needed
• Contribute to month-end close by preparing reports and verifying billing activity aligns with recorded revenue
• Maintain consistency in document naming, storage, and process documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy between dispatch, operations, and leadership
• Support the team with ad-hoc reporting and special projects
