Requirements

What you’ll need

A recent degree or 1–2 years of work experience
AI-native habits: you already use AI as your default tool for learning, research, and producing work
Sharp critical thinking
Hungry and coachable
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized and calm under pressure
No trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience required
Internship or early experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a fast-moving startup is nice to have.
