• Key Responsibilities:

• Leads Technology Enabled Learning Solutions: Identify new technologies to support training needs; review, analyze, and evaluate current training systems and databases; compare system functionality and training program needs; recommend e-learning solutions; and drive adoption of tools across the organization.

Instructional Designer / Learning Architect

General Counsel

• Establish and lead the company’s legal infrastructure, policies, and processes

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments, supporting the month-end close process, and helping streamline the AP workflow within NetSuite. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle accounts payable, preferably within a multi-location or healthcare/pharmacy environment, and is comfortable working with new systems and evolving processes.
• Accurately process high volumes of vendor invoices and credit memos in NetSuite, ensuring appropriate coding and approvals.
• Review and verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies with purchasing or warehouse teams.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments in compliance with company policies and payment terms.
• Maintain vendor records and respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and invoice status.
• Assist in the onboarding of new vendors, including W-9 collection and accurate entry into NetSuite.
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist in month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
• Support audit requests by providing documentation and explanations related to AP transactions.
• Help optimize the AP process within NetSuite, identifying and implementing efficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Prioritize and manage content review requests based on business needs, deadlines, and regulatory risk, ensuring timely approvals and consistent compliance.
• Understand and advise on communications guidelines and regulatory requirements for Strive Pharmacy’s products and services, including prescription medications, OTC supplements, and other OTC products.
• Partner with the Marketing team to ensure all communications accurately represent Strive Pharmacy’s products and services and avoid misleading, unsubstantiated, or otherwise noncompliant claims.
• Support the creation, review, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to content compliance and promotional activities.
• Research, interpret, and apply state and federal regulatory requirements, serving as the in-house expert for applicable laws, standards, and guidance documents.
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory trends, enforcement actions, and best practices in pharmacy marketing compliance.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure content aligns with broader compliance and risk management objectives.

• The Content Compliance Specialist serves as a critical link between the Compliance, Clinical, Marketing/Communications, Brand, Sales, and Legal teams at Strive Pharmacy. This role ensures that all content produced and released internally or externally by Strive Pharmacy is accurate, compliant, and aligned with federal and state regulations. Content includes, but is not limited to, digital marketing campaigns, informational medication documents, patient and provider notices, educational presentations, print collateral, and social media posts for Strive Pharmacy’s products and services, including prescription medications, OTC supplements, and other OTC products.
• The ideal candidate will combine deep regulatory expertise with a collaborative mindset, enabling Strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity while delivering engaging and compliant communications.
