About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the design, construction, and renovation of healthcare or pharmacy facilities, including building and site development, utilities, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction specifications, and mechanical/electrical systems documentation.
  • Assist with department specific workload & resource management, aligning with department management on project roadmap planning and execution.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adapt to scope adjustments.
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the project budget, including invoicing and ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate resources to support project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives within the PMO and across the organization, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, construction or facilities management, healthcare, or related field.
  • Proven working experience (5+ years) as a project manager in construction, facilities or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them in a professional setting.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
