About the role

  • Strategically identify and pursue opportunities focusing on high-value national partnerships.
  • Drive expansion of Strive’s largest accounts, establishing strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships with executives and key stakeholders, positioning Strive Pharmacy as the trusted partner of choice.
  • Assess client needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the full value of Strive’s offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious sales goals and KPIs, contributing to business growth and national market presence.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records, track opportunities, and manage sales pipeline using CRM.
  • Partner with internal teams including CSMs, pharmacy operations, marketing, and product development to provide insights, optimize offerings, and ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Lead executive-level presentations and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in enterprise B2B environments. [In pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare technology if possible].
  • A valuable contributor to our Business Development team's incredible culture.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving substantial business growth with large accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex accounts and new markets with regulatory awareness.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about trail blazing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
