About the role

  • Integrate data from multiple marketing platforms (e.g., ad platforms, email, social) with internal systems including order, finance, and operations data.
  • Develop and automate reports that measure marketing campaign performance, ROI, and efficiency, with a focus on multi-touch attribution and SaaS-style marketing efforts.
  • Deliver analyses for Marketing and Rev Ops leadership, surfacing insights on the customer journey, lead quality, conversion funnels, and campaign attribution.
  • Support the build-out of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality, and designing useful fields/objects that enable reps to access meaningful and actionable information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, track adoption, document processes, and ensure the CRM meets the needs of all customer-facing teams.
  • Maintain dashboards and visualizations in BI tools to support fast, data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant analytics experience in marketing, revenue operations, or a similar setting.
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with a business intelligence tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing metrics; understanding of multi-touch attribution models and SaaS marketing is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform is strongly preferred.
  • Strong data integration and cleansing skills, with attention to data quality and process documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
