General

• Support the administration and delivery of the Building Safety Levy in accordance with the Building Safety Levy (England) Regulations 2025.
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end levy process, including determining chargeability and liability, issuing levy determination notices, processing payments, and supporting review and refund requests.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the service maintaining business support and data systems that enable a clear oversight and escalation of young people who go missing or at risk of violence and exploitation.
• Coordinate, arrange and administrate various quarterly, monthly and ad hoc multi agency high risk incident meetings including; Strategic Risk Outside the Home (STROTH) Panel, Tackling Violence and Exploitation Panel, Partnership intelligence briefings, Complex Strategy and mapping meetings.

• To support the delivery of building surveying services across the organisation’s managed estate, assisting senior surveyors with inspections, surveys, project delivery, statutory compliance, design, tendering, contract management and other duties.
