Key responsibilities & impact

Join the BICS Management Team in Clinical Manager roles
Lead our dynamic MDT of clinicians linked to the West Hub’s Child and Family Early Help team
Focus on leading on the Mental Health Support Team (MHST) elements of the MDT
Work with mixed modality practitioners and oversee service development, evaluation, and improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record within child and adolescent mental health
Sound knowledge and experience of cognitive behavioural therapies/systemic psychotherapies and/or other evidence-based therapies
Sound knowledge of the functions of an MHST
Experience and ability to provide high quality clinical supervision and line management to the team
