• Key contact for clients;
• Liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
• Ensure successful interactions between Labcorp study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to the client.

Medical Billing and Coding

• Billing Data Entry involved which requires 10 key skills

Client Experience Project Analyst

• Liaise with IT Management to execute the Company's overall IT development strategy
• Take point on coordinating development, workflow design, training, end to end testing, go live/post go live support for acquisitions, mergers, and new instrument platforms/workflows
