Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • 5 or more years of experience in software engineering
  • 5 or more years of experience with Python, PERL, R, C/C++, Java, or BASH
  • 5 or more years of experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NSG), pipeline development or machine learning
  • PhD in Bioinformatics, Biology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience in Bioinformatics (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience with Algorithm development (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience with Django, or RESTful APIs (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience with SQL, or NoSQL (preferred)
  • 4 or more years of experience with agile software development methodology and practices, git source control, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) (preferred)
