• Join Keepit, a SaaS data protection company headquartered in Copenhagen.
• Own day-to-day operations related to compensation plans for Sales teams and ensure timely and accurate payment.
• Manage sales compensation software including QuotaPath, handle exceptions, calculations, accuracy checks, and responses to sales inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Finance to align positions, document procedures, draft commission plans for new hires, and engage in quota-setting.
