About the role

  • Take ownership of Northern Germany region and execute partner-first channel strategy
  • Acquire, onboard, enable, and develop regional partners and ensure contracts, commercials, and systems alignment
  • Strategize, plan, and execute regional sales strategy in alignment with team and partners
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing partners
  • Enable partners to grow their SaaS backup practice and hunt for new business opportunities
  • Ensure customer and partner satisfaction; coordinate with sales, customer success, product and development teams to address issues
  • Maintain accurate partner sales and prospecting records in CRM and PRM systems for pipeline and forecasting
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Several years of experience developing partner relationships in the SaaS/IT industry
  • Passion for building and nurturing a regional partner ecosystem (resellers, system integrators, MSPs, distributors)
  • Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Structured approach to business development
  • Fluency in English and region specific language(s)
  • Flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Based in Northern Germany (Hamburg, Hannover, Bremen or similar)
