About the role
- Meet sales targets by advising on and selling hardware and software solutions as well as services
- Monitor the market and efficiently organize sales activities in the assigned territory through focused customer and partner management
- Advise and support customers with the aim of building long-term client relationships
- Secure and expand the partner network to fully exploit purchasing potential and provide sales support to partners
- Present our solutions and products on-site at customer premises and prepare tailored proposals
- Record and maintain sales-relevant data and provide detailed documentation of sales processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial or IT-related vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in sales — ideally with direct, cross-industry support of IT system houses (resellers); career changers with a strong sales aptitude are also welcome
- Initial experience with IT projects is desirable
- Strong sales orientation
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
- Professional and confident manner in customer interactions to communicate on an equal footing with doctors, lawyers, authorities and other stakeholders
