• Act as an ambassador for Keepit, ensuring a positive and professional first touchpoint with potential customers.

• Engage and develop relationships with customers across the UK

• Be the first point of contact for businesses, introducing them to Keepit's innovative technology
• Generate pipeline and product awareness through outbound cold calling, social media, and email marketing
• Conduct prospecting calls to qualify inbound leads for your sales team colleagues
• Secure meetings with key decision-makers
• Utilize our CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Cognism, Qualified, etc.) effectively

Sales Development Representative – MSP Specialist

• Engage with our channel partner´s consultants and SE and build a longterm relationship.
• Contribute to building scalable onboarding and enablement programs that take partners from activation to long-term self-sufficiency.
• Create and facilitate technical training, workshops, webinars, demo support, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Enable MSP partners to operationalize Keepit within repeatable managed service offerings.
• Serve as a technical advisor to distributors and distribution-based technical resources.
• Work closely with DACH & SE leadership, Regional Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Support, and Channel teams.

Solutions Engineer – Channel

Sales

• Lead from the front to build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of sales leaders and sellers who are accountable, motivated, and results-driven.
• Drive significant new ARR growth through strategic GTM planning, disciplined execution, and strong operational leadership.
• Scale and optimize regional sales performance across Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Channel motions.
• Partner closely with Marketing to generate pipeline, increase market visibility, and maintain healthy pipeline coverage across the organization.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with VARs, MSPs, distributors, and alliance partners across the Americas in close collaboration with Channel leadership.
• Build executive-level customer relationships and lead complex enterprise deal cycles.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive customer value and predictable growth.

VP Sales

Account Manager

• Strategize, plan, and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with your team and the partners in your region (resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, local branches of global alliances, as partners).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing regional partners.
• Enable and activate partners by helping them grow their SaaS back-up practice and teach them how to hunt for new business opportunities in the region.
• Ensure customer & partner satisfaction by addressing issues and working closely with our sales, customer success, product & development teams.

Frontend Engineer

• Build, maintain, and enhance the company’s design system, ensuring it meets the needs of multiple product teams.
• Develop scalable, reusable components in frameworks like React (or relevant library/framework).
• Translate design system guidelines into clean, efficient, and accessible code.
• Ensure components are optimized for performance and accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate the design system into existing and new applications.
• Document and communicate usage guidelines for components, ensuring easy adoption by other teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and tools related to design systems and frontend development.

Frontend Developer

• Own and execute the regional partner sales strategy in close alignment with internal sales leadership and the regional partner ecosystem.
• Proactively identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners, building and sustaining executive-level relationships.
• Enable, activate, and scale partners to build a repeatable SaaS backup and data protection practice.
• Drive deal progression and revenue conversion by jointly managing partner-sourced opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Ensure high levels of partner and customer satisfaction by resolving commercial and operational issues.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and disciplined reporting of partner activity, pipeline, and bookings in CRM systems.
