Network Engineer

• Own and evolve our network architecture — data-center fabric, routing (BGP/OSPF), and segmentation.
• Design and operate load balancing, ingress, and traffic-management for a platform moving data at scale.
• Define and enforce network reliability standards, runbooks, and change-management practices.
• Build network automation and observability — treat the network as code, with visibility into every hop.
• Manage VPN connectivity for management purposes to remote regions.
• Collaborate with SRE, Development, Operations and Security to identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues before they become incidents.
• Champion automation — if something is done twice, it should be scripted the third time.

QA Engineer

• Work as an integral part of a cross-functional team, contribute to planning, feature development, and quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Implement and improve automated test coverage across the product by identifying opportunities to reduce manual testing effort
• Functional, non-functional testing and change-related testing
• Play an active role in the release process, including test planning and coordination across features and releases
• Act as a product knowledge resource, supporting teams with customer facing questions

• Support lead-generation initiatives, including events, webinars, and user groups.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Provide technical expertise on data protection through independent consultation with Keepit’s customers.
• Partner with the sales team to secure new clients and partners.
• Offer pre-sales support to customers evaluating Keepit's backup solution.
• Work closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and insights.
