About the role
- Coordinate the strategic operational initiatives across your Sales Region working with the regional business partners, management, and other internal stakeholders.
- Lead the planning process for the region, including Segmentation, Territory and Quota Distribution.
- Drive CRM data improvement, standardisation, and hygiene to support planning process, segmentation, and vertical reporting.
- Manage communication and centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations.
- Deliver diverse ad-hoc projects requiring analytical and strategic thinking as well as attention to detail.
- Create and drive initiatives to improve sales and operational planning accuracy and consistency.
- Foster collaboration, programmatic structure, and optimum flow of communications within EMEA Rev-Ops teams.

- Experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience coordinating strategic operational initiatives with regional business partners and management

- Process management and improvement skills
