About the role

  • Coordinate the strategic operational initiatives across your Sales Region working with the regional business partners, management, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the planning process for the region, including Segmentation, Territory and Quota Distribution.
  • Drive CRM data improvement, standardisation, and hygiene to support planning process, segmentation, and vertical reporting.
  • Manage communication and centralized repository of processes and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations.
  • Deliver diverse ad-hoc projects requiring analytical and strategic thinking as well as attention to detail.
  • Create and drive initiatives to improve sales and operational planning accuracy and consistency.
  • Foster collaboration, programmatic structure, and optimum flow of communications within EMEA Rev-Ops teams.

  • Experience in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating strategic operational initiatives with regional business partners and management
