Administrative Assistant

• Management of billing in accordance with SGB V and SGB XI for the fully inpatient residential care area
• Checking, processing and invoicing of occupancy and short- and long-term care services with the cost carriers
• Data transmission to cost carriers; verification of entitlement to benefits and remuneration claims
• Follow-up on open items, including dunning procedures
• Responsibility for cash management (including postings)
• Point of contact for residents and relatives as well as for internal departments

• Take the lead in implementing, administering and continuously improving our HR system
• Ensure data quality, completeness and reliable master data maintenance as the basis for all HR processes
• Prepare reports, ad-hoc analyses and controlling views; develop modern dashboards in MS Power BI to steer our HR KPIs
• Define, analyze and monitor relevant KPIs (e.g., personnel costs, turnover, absences, staffing needs) and derive actionable recommendations
• Support budget and staffing planning, forecasts and target-vs.-actual comparisons
• Present complex matters clearly in reports and presentations for management, HR and leadership teams

• Supporting international nursing professionals on arrival and during their settling-in process in Germany
