About the role

  • Responsible for managing and further strengthening the consolidated FP&A systems across VidaCura units; in particular, bolstering the KPI-based monthly control processes
  • Strengthen the monthly review process for financial performance with the group’s senior management; monitor follow-up actions in case of deviations
  • Responsible for regular and ad-hoc management reporting to internal and key external stakeholders (advisory board, financial partners, auditors)
  • Responsible for / key role in strategic finance projects; in particular the financial aspects of M&A transactions (financial due diligence, post-merger integration for finance aspects) and financing
  • Organizing ESG controlling (ESG monitoring and control)

Requirements

  • Deep professional experience (5+ years) in responsible FP&A and finance management roles within Big Four audit firms, transaction advisory, private equity, or investment & portfolio management
  • Experience in elder care or healthcare is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality; willingness to implement value-creating projects
  • Knowledge of integrated financial planning, FP&A processes, and due diligence toolkit
  • Knowledge of FP&A and management reporting IT tools, particularly LucaNet, MS Office, Power BI
  • Fluency in English and German is required
